Hello everyone, I am happy that in a few short weeks we have hit the 100 member mark in our Facebook Group (how long till 200?) Some of you I know, so I have talked with on the message boards, and some I have yet to meet.

 

For those of you who don’t know, my name is Marc, and I am one of the three Joes that created, and run this website, JoesSmoke.com. We started by wanting to share the enjoyment of a good cigar, and give a voice to the regular cigar smoker. We are glad to find like minded people. Please feel free to post on the discussion boards here (A lot of people need to tell me what their favorite smoke is!), post some reader reviews, and put in requests for cigars to be reviewed. In addition when you are here at the website please feel free to comment on our reviews & posts. Let us know if you smoked something based on a review, and if you happen to have been at one of the events we have covered. Give us your feedback.

 

Now on to the contest; Time to Show Your Joe! What we want is simple, a picture of you, or you & other people enjoying their cigar. That is it, no purchase necessary. If you want bonus points hit our online store! On the main page hit our online shop or click here (http://www.cafepress.com/joessmoke), get an item, and have it on in the picture. We have a large catalog of items, and some inexpensive (you can even get a JoesSmoke.com “Enjoy” sticker, and hold it in the picture). If you don’t want to pay, and want a JoeSmoke.com sticker, and live in the Fairfield County area, you can get a free sticker with any purchase at Cranbury Wines located in Norwalk CT (http://www.cranburywines.com), just mention this contest. As we add additional vendors, we will keep you posted. The contest runs for the month of April, and winners will be picked, posted on the site, and notified by email on Friday May 1^st.

 

The grand prize winner, selected by the boys here, will receive a bundle of the delicious “Flor de Ybor City” #80 cigars from Fuente, and you get to pick if they are Natural, Maduro, or Sun Grown. Two first runners up will receive a “Flor De Ybor City” sample pack in your choice of leaf. The final three runners up will receive a JoesSmoke.com “Enjoy” T Shirt.

 

A few simple rules; you must be of legal smoking age in your state of residence. If you are not, your entry will not be considered. That being said, all emailed entries must contain your name, address, and age (we will not spam anyone or give out this list). Once you send your picture it becomes the property of www.JoesSmoke.com, and can be used on our website, and displayed in our contest page. Send all entries to Contest@JoesSmoke.com with the header “Show Your Joe!”
